SWEs are hired to work, not go to meetings, loved that part. Taking notes has been my game changer strategy over the years, liked how to added tips to capitalize on that.
That one depends on what's the purpose of the document. Most of the time it applies because we put the document together to organize our thoughts and make a decision.
An "anti-pattern" I don't personally like is recording in a table the votes of people. In the end, the decision shouldn't be about the majority liking some option without arguments, but about a tradeoff we consciously make.
And when there's no agreement, the idea of "disagree and commit" from Amazon always helps
