I’d love to see this rewritten from a geographically distributed team or stakeholder setup. Also, in the scramble to implement AI everywhere, I’ve seen many of these mistakes made. Add more people, scope creep, etc.
I was living that situation with half my team in a different timezone (Argentina vs Spain). Now I'm in a team where we all share the same timezone, but we often interact with people in the US, so there are definitely some of these problems.
I've also seen the same with this AI race. Everyone feels like their team or their company is falling behind, so nobody pays attention to these topics.
